Very disappointed with the care shown by the staff. Found the lack of care shows that they are only concerned about money are not the reptiles.

Lady who helped us to pick our bearded dragon had a great knowledge of the dragon's.Was very helpful including the staff who helped us to check out.Definitely recommend.

Glen and his team are awesome and very knowledgeable.Amazing selection of birds, fish, lizards, and snakes. Definitely worth a visit!

Very disappointed with the service we received and enclosure we bought. We're new reptile owners and I thought this was a safe place to start, but we we're sold the wrong enclosure and heating for our little blue tongue lizard. Shopping here was very expensive, and fixing up the mistakes is costing us a fortune. Furthermore, I continually asked for information about setting up the enclosure and taking care of a blue tongue, but was repeatedly directed to look at their website. I could not find much information on their website on caring for a blue tongue. The only thing they did right was sell us our beautiful little blue tongue lizard.

Very friendly staff, well informed.I've moved from QLd to Victoria and am seeking to get back into snake keeping after sorting my licence down here (different licensing in the different states). Although they don't often have olive pythons, staff was helpful. Mango, the display albino Darwin, was absolutely beautiful, wish i could have held him haha. Very nice store, happy on variety of tank sizes, will be coming back once I sort my licence to buy tanks and equipment for a new olive and jag.

I love it, the staff love what they do, passionate, enthusiactic and show a keen interest to provide knowledge and great service. The best on ground goes to a young chap named Anthony, nothing was too hard, he went the extra mile to make sure we knew what we had to know and extended the service in assisting my wife with getting stuff into our Car. I give him and his curly hair 10 bearded dragons out 10.
