refused entry to store because i wasnt wearing a mask for which i have a medical exemption. Upon politely telling him this i was quite rudely asked to produce it. This is actually discriminatory and illegal. Only the police are allowed to ask for proof of an exemption as per queensland health website. I had simply wanted to enquire about the business being for sale but have decided against any interest in it now

Darling Downs friendliest town, quickly dampened by an agressive old man in this store. Likes to discriminate against those who can't wear masks and then yell at them while they leave. I guess you chased away your 1 customer for the day. Look up the rules for the mandates, there are exemptions and you acted very foolishly.

Thought the place was shut it looked so quiet. Gruff lady behind the counter. Pretty good burgers though, and reasonable wait time. Quaint little town en route to Bunya mountains. Clean toilet block/park a hundred metres away.

Stopped at Maclagan around lunchtime coming back from the Bunya Mountains. My husband and I shared their burger with the lot, custard slice and coffee. Great meal and a nice spot. We even found a baby present for a newly arrived relative.
