Leasing Elite rented our property over a ten year period and provided us with a very professional service. For most of this time we were living overseas and they provided prompt advice if any maintenance was necessary and in dealing with the changeover of tenants. Their responses to our requests/queries were always dealt with promptly. Leasing Elite was one the best real estate company I have ever dealt with. Very professional, experienced and helpful agents and brokers especially Ms. Katrina who was a delight to work with. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer, to moving in. I took a fully furnished apmt. in the city and Katrina ensured it was spotlessly clean before I moved in. Kudos to her and the Leasing Elite Team. Highly recommend.

We approached Leasing Elite to care for our property because we had heard of their excellent reputation. We were certainly not disappointed. They assisted us in finding excellent tenants and then managed the property for nearly four years that we lived overseas. Every aspect of their service was exemplary. We were grateful to have our home in such excellent hands. Any maintenance issue was promptly followed up so our tenants were as happy as we were. Our home was returned to us in exactly the condition we had left it. Leasing Elite promises a bespoke service. They delivered on that promise. I highly recommend them.

They are not the cheapest Manager but they take the time to match properties with both the needs of the landlord and the needs of the tenant.
