Absolutely terrible business practices. Worst ever experienced. Fence infill panels flaked within months. Gate motor failed days out of warranty. Neither possible to have resolved. After much trouble receiving responses and much patience was hung up on. Then named on a board in their office in open viewing as a do not deal with" customer. Become a customer

Absolute shocking business. Worst in Cairns. Three days promised to turn up, chased numerous times, rang today, they saying, yours is the only one garage door broken in Cairns. We got a bigger commercial job, so we don't know what time we going to attend your garage door. Very rude and unfriendly, as if we are asking to fix the garage door for free!!. Rang another roller door company in Cairns and explained its been broken for 4 days, here you go, a technician straight away came and fixed it. If you want to fix your garage door on time stay away from this shocking business.

My electric gate decided to stop working. Contacted Gareth about it and he went out of his way to assist in fault finding to reduce the cost. Unfortunately due to the age of the opener it needed to be replaced. Gareth installed and set the gate to working including programming the openers we already had and this was all done while I was away in Darwin!!! Could not fault their customer service and would use them again without hesitation. This is the 3rd motor they have fitted for me.Thank you Gareth and team

After receiving a recommendation by my neighbour, I phoned Megan at NQ Door Specialists to obtain a quote to automate an old style garage rolladoor. Was quoted a reasonable cost and able to have the job completed the same day.Gareth was punctual, despite his busy schedule, and thanks to his expertise the newly automated door works like a dream.A very happy experience!

Highly Reccomended, good efficient service.I had two seperate garage doors break in one month and I used NQ doors after finding them on the Internet. The problem with my first door was the motor and NQ doors came out quickly gave me options for a replacement, one motor had a 5 year warranty which I was happy with. The motor was replaced that day. I thought the service was excellent, so when, to my annoyance another door stopped working, I used NQ doors because their service was so good last time. This time they fixed the door by just servicing it which I was stoked with.Will definitely use againCorey

The guys were friendly and knowledgeable. The job ended up being bigger than anticipated and I didn't get asked to consider paying more for the work. They came when they said they would and kept me up to date at all times . Installed new electric gate motors and serviced an old roller door on a property I have recently brought. Happy with the price and workmanship
