I went to Bunnings and got served by old mate Kai, let me tell you a story about him. Kai displayed the best customer service I have ever experienced, he helped me locate my product and most of all took my trolley and loaded my car for me. Thanks Kai

I went to bunnings in Innaloo not long ago and I felt quite uncomfortable when the worker wanted to check my bags 2 times at the register. I didn't buy much. But in 8 years I only had my bad inspected one time. They also have a person standing there when you leave. I know rules are rules but I am promise you I am no thief I spent loads of money here. Also rules need to be consistent the worker was friendly but looking in my bag a second time to closely check more, made me feel bad as I am an honest person. Now I feel like I don't want to go in in there again. But its the store I go to and have for 8 years.

This is by far my favourite place on earth! Not only is everyone super knowledgeable but they are so friendly. They are either getting paid $200ph or and genuinely lovely people. Either way I give them 11/10 for customer service. Thank you for always making my day!

Everything was great except the parking. Why can't Bunnings sort out their car parks so that chaos doesn't reign supreme. It is usually the only negative of a trip to Bunnings and it does seem to matter which store you go to.

I returned the products I bought and stupidly I wasn’t given a refund which I requested since the card I used was expired by the time and replaced with a new one under my name. I stopped at the store today again since I’m leaving from the country and they said they cannot issue a refund because of their policy??? Their policy obviously need an update as my card being expired shouldn’t be a problem in 21st century :/ The store manager Luke advised me to trade the credit not on marketplace or buy something from the store and sell it on marketplace. Doesn’t this sound just stupid?

Highly recommend Rob at the Tools Shop. We rented a rug cleaner with his help after reading horrifying reviews of Bunnings' customers from around Australia beforehand. Rob is an old school man. His machines were clean and in working order. His instructions and advice were detailed and clear. This store is not our nearest, but we'll go there again when we need something from the Tool Shop.

Big store with great stock. Dog friendly is great, big garden area lots of variety of plants. Friendly, helpful staff.
