The best experience I have had in a while. The manager Damien is very helpful, he addressed all my needs . I went to Stud Park before and they very useless. All my stuff from the other phone was transferred very quickly.

Appricated the call back from the Manager from the store regarding an outstanding Matter, which we had to eventually escalate due being completely ignored on our visit visit.He was ready to discuss the Ongoing billing issue with us over the phone and apoligised for their mistake .This was all we wanted at the first place and we completely understand that anyone can make an admin error .But Thank you for the call and we may think of visiting you again.

I went in to have a look at why I was having so much trouble with my phone service and why it was so slow. I went in a bit agitated and spoke to Shion who was extremely helpful. Even with the store full and a lot was going on, he acknowledged customers as they walked in whilst giving me his full attention. Even looking at my plan and getting me a better deal than what I had. Very grateful to him and his service. Will recommend anyone to visit and ask for him.

I would like to that Nav, for spending a considerable amount of time helping me trading in my old iPhone. There had been some confusion from an “online trade in” process and I had reset my old phone before getting the relevant phone info required. Nav helped me get the required info and processed the transfer at store level rather than sending me away, to complete it at home.

Visited Vodafone knox last week to upgrade my iPhone and make some account changes. Lesa was great! Helpful, knowledgeable and made everything simple to understand.I went in considering changing company’s but left happy with the experience and will be staying with Vodafone because of Lesa’s customer service.
