Cannot believe the good reviews on this place. Sales guy came on time but was new and didn't know all the details, and nothing about the finance of it, So I made sure he would send a written quote. Never came, so like an earlier reviewer, I thought that was their modus operandi. Month later I got an SMS offering $750 off, valid for 24 hours. Rang head office, got message please ring back later"!! However they rang back

They arrived early and were very polite, also left the place clean after installation, highly recommend them

The 2 young guys arrived promptly and were very efficient in their completion of the job. They were friendly and polite and talked to my husband about the installation. Can recommend.

BEWARE: SCAM!I as approached by Aus solar co via door knocking. I was assured by the salesman that my system would be battery ready. I was assured the components used would be quality items. Well that was a lie! It was only revealed what parts I would be getting the day on installation, and low and behold - the inverter is a cheap Chinese unit, the total value of components would total maybe 5k - I was charged $12500! After the government rebate!After two days my inverter wifi dongle became faulty - after numerous emails regarding 1)the faulty wifi adapter and 2) the fact that the wrong inverter was supplied (they are convinced it is battery ready - it definitely is not!) They refuse to send anybody out to actually have a look at what is going on, they refuse to send me a breakdown of my invoice, and are now not replying to my emails!Now that a finance company is involved, this is basically a scam! Do not use this company under any circumstances. Get another quote, guarantee it will be thousands cheaper!These people are targeting vulnerable people and overcharging in excess of 200% of retail value. I am extremely disappointed in the product I have received, and the lack of any accountability from their side to correct their wrongs.

Consultant advised they no longer give their customers an option for the cheaper system. So the system to be supplied will be top quality, that's why they're a little more expensive. During the consult I requested an itemised detailed quotation. She mentioned the brands and explained so much information on the repayment plan and how the system works but in the end even after signing up, we were never given a quotation (even the contract didn't specify the brand or model details). So I cancelled the contract the next day after I confirmed the make / brand and model details. I got quotes elsewhere for the exact same panels and European inverter for HALF the price! Consultant called me As soon as she find out and offered $1500 off the price, which was still $5000 more than the company we proceeded with.I knew something was not right, consultant kept saying she was tired and forgetting things thoughout so I think not providing a detailed quote is their tactic.

Can't fault anything to do with this company 5* sales rep who was extremely friendly, no aggressive sales tactics and very knowledgeable on the product. 5* installation came a day early (asked if it was convenient first) fast, friendly and efficient on the job, left no mess and explained the next steps to do with the app and so on. 5* after care team with phone calls to make sure everything is working correctly and to answer any questions you may have. All round great experience and Company would 100% recommend to family and friends.

We had this company installed sola on our Roof , just be mindful what they said on the deal, they have no responsibility what they said and promised, they just try to lure the customer to get the deal. We really disappointed for our Solar 2.2 kw $7000
