We went for binoculars, they have plenty to choose from, ranging in size and at reasonable prices. The staff are busy and helpful, the woman at the counter was inundated with customers she didn't have time to help, but one of the men came from and gave us the right information, enough to make a satisfied sale. Thanks BCF, our son loves his birthday present.

Went to get a gas bottled refilled which I had done many times before without hassles, the guy serving asked me to lift it up on the counter really I'm the only person in the store not like he had anyone else waitingThen told me it was just out of date told me to go else where.I have changed them out many times before there.He just wasn't interested in doing it.

Had an issue with the fridge I bought took it back the next day without issues put it onto power and a error light was flashing so they swapped it over and a good yarn in the process ect. Neil and Steve are a great asset to the Mildura store and I’d go as far to say whatever you’re paying them I’m sure they deserve more.

Had no idea of store layout, so I stood in the doorway and the kind staff called out to me, if they could be of any help. I had great service, the girl which was helping me was able to point out exactly what I needed. We discussed barbecues, even though I didn’t buy one she was very helpful and I didn’t feel rushed. Thank you Lauren for your customer service. An asset to BCF.
