I would like to acknowledge 2 staff members located at Cardiff Aidacare. Fi and Trish, I can not recommend their service high enough. They went above and beyond to assist us with the right product for my daughter. The service, wealth of knowledge was A+++++ class service from the minute we walked in the door. Thank you. I bought an xl140 scooter off them after a leg amputation for over $5000 & after 12mths of minimal use it only does about 8ks distance on fully charged batteries which left me stranded a very long way from home. I called & explained what was happening & they basically couldn have cared less. They eventually agreed to send out a tech guy to test it & all he did was check the voltage of batteries. He didn't do any checks to why they were discharged so quickly, nothing!! Now they expect me to pay almost $1000 for new batteries to see if they hold charge longer. Once you buy your scooter they don't care about you anymore & for people already at a very difficult time of life its just adding to life's challenges.
