Rent it out and buy else where?They were so wonderful and accommodating, they came prepared with research on our property and area, to provide educated advice and discuss all scenarios. They kept our family’s needs in mind and we’re clearly not trying to ‘get a listing’ but actually helping, and investing time for us to make the right choice for us. Painful,Phil Chapman, I have spoken to you on a few occasions, I do appreciate you are easier to get hold of than the property management team, and it wasn't just the vacating experience that was painful, now 4 months after moving out and still chasing up our bond the nightmare continues!The saga continues, I am appreciative of your words Phil, though what has followed is nothing short of stressful, I do not agree to having my bond taken, and like everyone deserves the right to challenge this, the email I received at 4.34pm today, states that funds have been claimed via bonds online, this is not the process we discussed, Now too late to talk to anyone about this again!

WORST commercial real estate i been ,unprofessional, rude and dishonest.Just be careful ,I ask for 8 years witn break lease term and they did the term for 3+2+3 which I was happy to take it and. Sign it.12 months later checking my lease, they locked me in for years with no option,and so many things.I never hated any real estate agent in my life.LJHooker mount barker worst ever ,I can't say anything good about them after they messed up my contract ,even though they offer me to surrender my lease without paying penalties which is not good enough for all the stress they put me through.Also paying 2 lots of outgoing when they didn't indicate on my lease that the estimated going is included.I learn my lesson ,taking advantage for someone like me inexperience and offering a cheap rent just to be locked in for 8 years,no car park and no access for toilet its one of they trick at the end you end up paying more after those hidden fees that you didn't know and its to late because they make you sign the lease without going through the lease again if both party are agreed. As far as I know I dont owe this people nothing .We did the right thing left the premises as clean before...

They went above and beyond during the buying process and made our first home purchase very special. Even after sale, Anna promptly helped to resolve a small hiccup which occurred with the house and made the whole process stress-free.

I just wanted to pass on my thanks to Nikki Lee for being a helpful property manager. I’ve been reading some horror stories recently, and whilst our landlord isn’t very responsive, we can see that Nikki does her best to action repairs and keep us informed with the limited information she receives. I can only imagine managing an old property that requires a lot of work with little feedback from a landlord is challenging so I just wanted to pass on our appreciation and feedback for making the renting process as easy and enjoyable for us as she can.
