My wife has been going to courtney for neck and upper back pain. When she first when she was in tremendous pain and could hardly turn her neck. Using gentle techniques Courtney released her neck and helped relieve her pain over the coming few appointments she got her neck moving easily and pain free. I have a bulging disc from a lift and twist injury in 2018 and experience occasional flare-ups. Courtney stopped my pain in its tracks after one session on my latest flare up so completely by the next day, I was speechless. That's never happened before with my other physios. During the appointment, Courtney walked me through several at-home exercises, discussed what was comfortable to do and it was tailored to what I thought I would be able to handle and realistically do at home. I received a follow-up email with diagrams of the exercises and they have really helped, I haven't had a flare up since and this was in early December. All through the appointment she was thorough, professional, kind and explained everything to me along the way.I cannot recommend Form Focus highly enough, Courtney is definitely an expert in her field and I don't think I will trust anyone else with my dodgy spine from here on out. Thank you a million times.
