I thought I'd be helping out a business from the bush by ordering from these guys. They seemed happy to take my job, and do the job after a bit of to-ing and fro-ing. They were quick to invoice me and I paid immediately. But then did not post it. After 1 email reminder and 1 telephone call to chase it up, I found out that it had not been sent until a week after promised delivery. However, still have not received. Asked for tracking number of parcel: will have to get back to you on that one". Let's see what happens. Disappointing. Update: parcel eventually arrived and product is good

Terrible customer service. Went there for advice on cover for caravan Requested they come to my place and measure, understanding this is beyond their normal practice and was obviously willing to work around their schedule. Was told repeatedly for an entire month that someone would make it around to measure, but no one did. I would constantly ring these guys asking for an ETA, told someone would call or it would be early next week. Honesty would have be fine if they simply said they could not make it. After one month decided to take my measurements and material in for them undertake. They once again failed to deliver on time after one week and they did not use the material I used and gave me some lame excuse. Total rubbish service. Cowboys. If you have an option don't use them unless you want to be lied to and given the run around. Overall after all this their quality of work on my $90 charge is also substandard.
