The coffee was good. The salt & lemon pepper calamari with chips & salad was good. But the spicy buffalo chicken strips were disappointing, I specifically asked them whether they used breast or thigh meat, I was told thigh meat, well I guess they don't know the difference between the two types of meat. If I'd known it was breast I'd have gone for the calamari. My friend tried a piece & agreed it was breast meat & not thigh meat. That was a very disappointing meal I had, at least my friend enjoyed her meal.

Went to coffee club gepps x to have what would normally be a great coffee and breakfast experience.Not today.I ordered the pancakes with strawberries to find they were pre packaged microwaved pikelets. After the first attempt i found the pancakes to have been microwaved to within a inch of their lives. I could have used them as frisbies. I politley returned the dish to the counter and asked for it to be remade. The staff appologised and had the dish remade. I received the remade dish only to have the same experiance again.Im not sure how this same issue could have come out of the same kitchen twice withing minutes of each other.Refund for the meal recieved.

I’ve eaten here a few times and it’s actually been great but the last time I was here, some of the food wasn’t fresh and there was nothing anyone could really do about it, so the manager kept offering me lots of different things which I said no to cuz I was feeling sick already. But I will return here simply because of how my feed back was handled. The manager is a great guy! I hope it gets better for them!Good to note also is that prices are now on the high side.

Had gone for lunch ! Had two crispy fillet burger was very nice and mango smoothie was also very nice !! Staffs were so polite and service was very well ! Definitely will go next time

Amazing looking café at Gepps X centre.Clean and fresh and presents very nicely.The food and drinks were top notch.Served fast and the food was nice and hot. Really enjoyable and Couldn't fault any of that.But thats where it stopped sadly.Customer service is all about people, and something is missing on this front.They weren't rude, dont get me wrong there. They were just silent"

I ordered the big veggie breakfast; the spinach was served raw (despite menu saying wilted), the avocado was brown and clearly not fresh, the halloumi was dry and tough, absolutely not worth the price they’re charging.I also got a chai latte, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Last time we ate here, was good but not excellent. Today, was bad! The poach egg became boiled egg! Bacons for kids became sticks! Cant believe they serve these awful food!

Just found the Coffee Club gepps cross amazing with a wonderful, fast service and very friendly staff...amazing especially with that turmeric latte, just had a sip in a small cup to try but...beautiful!! You don't want to miss a great place with great food and coffee like this...try to believe!!
