In early April 2021 I attended your Mecca Myer Centre Store where I was approached by a female named Talia - her customer service is the main reason I am taking the time to write this review.I came into the store just to have a look at some products. I was really struggling with my skin, it was extremely dry, lifeless and I was experiencing breakouts which I had never experienced anything like this before with my skin. I used an all natural product previously, which destroyed my skin. (as any female would know it's extremely upsetting when your skin doesn't look great and I was feeling so self-conscious)I ended up explaining to her about my skin concerns and she genuinely wanted to help, the customer service was honestly incredible.Not only did she ask me a number of questions, but made me feel comfortable and took her time with me. She wasn't pushy and trying to sell me a bunch of expensive products without trying them first. (There's nothing worse than pushy sales people to be honest) She tested a bunch of products with me and gave me a bunch of testers to take home... she even wrote me out a new skincare routine to try.The products she gave me to try were incredible, 2-months later and I'm still doing the same skincare routine she gave me... my skin is better than ever, I ended up buying most of the products she gave me to test and now I can't live without them.All I have to say is THANK YOU!Some of the products include:Glow Recipe - Watermelon Glow PHA+BHA Pore-Tight TonerTatcha - The Dewy Skin CreamTatcha - The Rice Wash (I use the Eve Lom cleanser beforehand to get makeup off)Eve Lom Intense Hydration Serum (which I was recommended by another MECCA girl at Marion beforehand)Drunk Elephant - F-Balm Electrolyte WaterfacialSunday Riley Moisturizer (haven't purchased this product yet but loved the tester)Omorovicza - Miracle Facial Oil (AMAZING PRODUCT)Ellis Faas - Skin Veil Foundation - I already had this product, but we talked about tined foundation for the weekdays (Pricey but the BEST FOUNDATION YOU WILL EVER OWN)

Was helped by the loveliest lady yesterday. She helped me immensely and made my overall experience very enjoyable. Mecca is so inviting and this one, in particular, is awesome, staff are always lovely and such a wide range of products. Would highly recommend it! :)

I just got my makeup done and wow i love it so much! I had the amazing makeup artist Renee and she was absolutely perfect, beautiful makeup and service. So sweet and was able to give me exactly what i asked for. Definitely worth my time and money and i got some amazing products at the end. 100% recommend!!

I had a great experience getting my makeup done at MECCA Myer Adelaide. The lady picked out the perfect colours for me (I asked her to match my makeup with a dress). She was friendly and made me look amazing. She let me know about makeup classes which I'll definitely be signing up for.

Went into Mecca Myer today, looking for a new foundation for a wedding that I was attending Saturday. In the past, I’ve had some difficulties at other makeup counters with founding my perfect match, which leads to me always going home disappointed with my experience and having products in the end I can’t use. As soon as I walked in with my mum, we were greeted straight away by a lovely woman named Gabby. She was so helpful in helping me with what I needed, listened to what I was looking for and made it one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a makeup counter. She was so kind and helpful with everything that I required, even offered other alternatives, such as giving me a sample of a product, getting me to try different products and making sure I look at myself in different lighting. I was very grateful for her help. Would definitely go back and get serviced from her again.

Went into mecca on a friday night, they were packed! had this staff member named Fiona ask if i need any help! mentioned i wanted a cleanser for my pores etc and even though they were busy she didn't rush, she explained each product and was able to find exactly what i was looking for in my budget aswell!! Fiona even showed me how to use the product and what other items would go well with it, definitely will be coming in to purchase those other items soon! Made me feel really comfortable in store and didn't feel as if she was forcing me to buy anything, she was amazing :))

Layla was extremely helpful and so fun to talk to! She took her time with us and was so patient! Loved her service ✨

I've honestly had the best experiences here, from the helpful staff, the range of makeup and the affordable prices. Yesterday i had a amazing woman cover up some scars for me, she was helpful, sweet and overall so kind. I definitely will be returning and will recommend to my friends, keep hiring these wonderful people because it makes the whole experience so much better and memorable!! :)

Arkja at Mecca, rundle mall was so helpful. As a beginner, I had so many questions which she answered patiently and didn’t hesitate to find suitable products, and also helped me with my brush techniques. Will definitely recommend the store to anyone visiting.

Love here! Every time I come in, I feel so welcomed! There is a man at the perfume place, he is so nice to talk to! He helps me to find the best perfume that fits with my demands! Love the services so much! The lady at the counter is so lovely! She gives me some more free samples when I asked. Do recommend! Go here, girls! ❤️
