booked rental property in easter 2022. the house was ave. some extras were not supplied . worst outcome was we were charged more than the advertised price .still fighting for refund ,would not recommend.

Doesn’t really deserve 1 star.. drove all the way from northern Victoria to our accomodation in Phillip island to find out it had been double booked. This agent hadn’t let us know via Airbnb that the listing had recently changed hands and that the booking we originally made was no longer valid. Really pathetic to know 3 months in advance and say nothing to guests driving 2.5 hours+ to the property. Avoid at all costs unless you want to be mucked around.

Place was clean and tidy. Had everything - towels, linen and all kitchen gear. Extremely quiet at night. Close to Cowes and Phillip Island race track. Booking was easy and fast, We will stay here again when visiting Cowes.

Major blunder with our booking for Easter. Property double booked! No where else to stay, EVR not interested in assisting, blamed Airbnb. A waste of time & money, very unimpressed with EVR handling of the situation. Sent an email 5 days ago, still no reply.

I haven’t receive an email with exact location till 1 day prior check-in and also haven’t receive door access code till after 3pm what should be by 12pm on the day of check-in.Great location but noisy neighbourhood as there were builders starting 6:50am with noise next door building 3 units (Mon-Fri).The driveway needs attention, its a hazard as concrete is broken. Very dangerous for kids especially.Otherwise clean and modern home, located very close (walking distance) to the beach and all shops, well equipped kitchen and all linen and towels provided.We enjoyed our time there.Thank you.

Booked our Easter accommodation through Airbnb with EVR Holidays as the property host.We arrived at our Airbnb and after not being sent the code for the key safe from EVR, I contacted the host by the name of Adam who advised they they don’t manage the listening anymore. 30 minutes later, another family arrives and turns out the house had been double booked because EVR failed to advise the property owner of our booking. After driving 3 hours down on Easter weekend, EVR couldn’t find my family any accommodation so we turned around and drove home.I strongly recommend you don’t book any accomodation through EVR. A horrible experience and waste of time and money.
