Neon Party was great - the neon light I ordered arrived on time, great quality - and whenI reported that I had not rec'd the package (as it was delivered by UPS to my neighbors' porch in error) - Neon Party was proactive in seeking me out to make sure I ultimately got the item and was pleased with it. My first order with them, but it seems like they care and run a right ship.

To coordinate through the website was easy and any assistance needed was available! very prompt and fast. When it came to ordering didn't experience any issues and the product was packed in a secure well presented box which shows they go the extra 10% to offer the best experience with their companyThe overall product produced was exactly to my liking and I couldn't of asked for a better job! unfortunately don't have an image atm while typing this review but there are plenty of other examples shown!!
