P.L. Hair Design
I was quoted $38 for a blow wave before going in. I was then charged $50...I have no idea why. I told them I expected to pay $38 and they put $50 on my credit card anyway and would not renegotiate. Am looking around for a new hairdresser..... : too scared to go back as I have no idea how much they will charge...they charge anything they like!!.
