Zbend lookout and river trail are the most beautiful spots on the park.Lookout is an easy walk.River trail is steep but well worth the walk if you are up to it. You can swim there.Much quieter part of the park and in my Orión the best spot.

Rad place to check out. The walk to the lookout isn't that far and down to the river is a little steep but manageable for many.Lots of flies so do remember a fly net.

Nice little hike down to the gorge. It was hot but plenty of shade during the morning. Amazing colours in the rocks.

Great views, track down to the river was interesting and fun. Sat by the river for lunch before heading back up the trail. Will do again next time we're in Kalbarri.

50 years ago I canoed down this river. It was great to return and capture the vista through digital photographs. An amazing place well worth the visit. It's a short relatively easy walk to the lookout about 1.5km return. There is a longer more demanding walk to the river.

Great carpark, picnic areas and toilets. Walk to the Z bend lookout was well a made path which led to a great viewing platform of the river and gorge way below. The walk down to the river is another 1km of difficult track. Great place to visit.

Z Bend
The Z Bend look out is one of the popular attractions and must visit in the Kalbari national park. You can see the meandering of river from a good vantage point. A very easy small trek of 600 m approx from the car park. If you have some time and stamina, the real deal is the river trail, where you go down the gorge right up until the river. Steps are quite easy, for even light fitness levels. Lots of flies though. River trail trek is really recommended if you have about an hour to spare.
