Disappointing - they are very dis-organised and will constantly change times on you, and when you are finally over the time changes they will promise you won't be charged, then chase you up for the no- show fee for weeks. A very amateurish and unprofessionally run organisation and they don't even check in on your progress. After 6 months I finally had to give up and seek an alternative, it's a shame that they didn't even care enough to follow up on my email advising them of the struggles I'd had with their unprofessionalism, just another unkept promise. Do yourself a big favour, give Instride a miss and find another centre.
