If you want an experience in poor customer service, confusion, lack of communication and diminished attention to detail , then this is the place for you. They were recommended to us by a real estate agent and now wish that we'd sourced someone else. Actually, we did just that after this appalling experience and it was like chalk and cheese". They don't respond to emails or phone enquiries in a timely manner. You will have to chase them if you want information. Ten days after our contract to purchase was sent to them we telephoned with a question about a contract clause and our solicitor stated that she hadn't read our contract. We still don't know how they proposed to represent us in this legal matter without bothering to read the contract. They remind you that "time is of the essence" but it clearly doesn't apply to them. Contract signed in early June 2021
