Rotary park is a fairly large park with tables chairs toilets as well as memorial's the BIG KOOKABURRA and murals it is also the start of the towns with hearts mural tour. The tourist information is on the northern side of the park with the famous Kurri Hot Bread shop on the southern side. Takeaways and cafe's near the western end and the Kurri Hotel at the east end. Parking is plentiful and the farmers markets are held in the park every month as well as the Nostalgia festival every year.

I love this park. It's located right in the centre of town. The kookaburra is a symbol which you can see in the paintings all over town. Have a look and see. Great way to explore the town.

We were there on our way back from hunter region, thought it will be a nice shady park for a picnic but it turned out to be small, exposed park right in the middle of three streets. Though they had bbq and toilets, the ground was filthy.

We were there for the Kurrikurri Nostalgia festival this year, due to the heavy rains it was much smaller than we expected but it was a nice experience all in all.

Kurri Kurri is home to the Big Kookaburra and over 60 wall murals. The park has an amazing war memorial and is an awesome area for a picnic.

At Kurri Kurri. Good for toilet break and rest in park. Nearby Kurri Hot Bread sells great pies and cakes.
