Scott is an AMAZING stylist! Colour is was perfect with what I was wanting to achieve to go lighter. Great service always at the Ascot store with the whole team. The atmosphere and also advice / collaboration with Scott when I’m looking for a new style or change up my colour is professional and always fun with him. Love coming to get my hair done with Scott! Highly recommended.

Fabulous hairdresser been going for over a year now and have never been disappointed. Amazing service and good range of products. Always get compliments on my hair. Great colourists and cutters they must be very well trained as I am not an easy client. I feel a million dollars after every visit to Epic Hair. Do yourself a favour and give them a go. Vanessa did such a Great job blow drying my unruly curly hair. Vanessa was very professional, efficient & I was in & out within 45 minutes. She read me very well.

I love coming to see Scotty and have been seeing him at the Ascot salon for just over a year every 5-8 weeks. He always goes the extra mile to ensure I love my hair. I recently went from colouring my hair a dark brown to trying to get it back to my natural colour which is significantly lighter. It was a long appointment (as expected) and Scotty worked really hard to achieve the end result. Thank you Scotty!

I had a style cut from extra long hair to a Lob. Amazing service and so happy with the result. Jasmine was friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful showing me how to style my new haircut. Always been a great experience from the team.

Booked an appointment here for a haircut for my Daughter. Cost $145 by a senior stylist, including a treatment - first and last appointment here ever. Everything she asked for by the hairdresser, the opposite was done. Layers were the worst I have ever seen.Worst hair cut - have now had to take her to another hairdresser to have this fixed and pay again. New hairdresser has advised it will take a while for it to grow back and that this was the worst hair cut she had ever had to correct in her professional career.Daughter was too upset and traumatised to let me contact the salon to address the issue as she never wants to step foot inside here again.

I love the service. The salon also nice and comfortable place to do a hair treatment. The staff are professional and good customer service. I did keratin treatment, and the results was good, my hair looks very good and shiny.
