I was charged for an extended appointment the doctor typed with one finger taking a ridiculous amount of time and costing me money.This consult cost was $193.30 even with medicare rebate it’s still $80 out of pocket. Hopefully some of this money goes towards this doctors typing skills…..Unbelievable.My wallet came out of the experienceneeding medical attention.I found another clinic much more professional with care in mind not money.No 2 week wait and only $20 out of pocket.Won’t be coming back to this practice. Wasn’t like this years agoThey’ve dropped the ball.

When reception tells you they are booked out for 2 weeks and the only way to get an appointment is to book in bulk then cancel if you don't need them, you know they are incompetent. This kind of booking management is rediculous and would be a bigger cause of issues in getting appointments. You need a new system and a new office manager.

I visited here with a head wound a couple of weeks ago. Two receptionists were extremely rude. Told me to make ann appt , not going to get a nurse for me as this is a private practice. Go to emergency at a hospital.I went to the greater medical clinic, they saw to me straight away.Since the PRIVATE CLINIC wouldnt see me , I have transfered my medical records to the good clinic up the road. Hopefully this negative review wont be deleted like my last one was.

If I could rate zero stars I would. Has been my local gp for 5+ years. Lately it's been extremely poor. NEVER have available appointments anymore. And when you do get an appointment it's over the phone, and the DR doesn't call at all. The reception staff are exceptionally rude. Cut you off when speaking. NO effort is made to see if any adjustments can be made. Or even to determine if you might need emergency care. Truly disgusting. NEVER will I call again.
