Recently took 3 Seiko watches to Neville to be repaired. One was my fathers an 2 were mine. He quoted on all 3 however after some discussion and obviously at some cost to him advised me of the unlikeliness of 2 of the watches being worth the expense of being repaired. I got my main watched repaired at a reasonable price. I was very pleased with his forthrightness and candid advise. Great to know still honest people and businessmen out there. Thanks Neville.

Hi everyone. My first ever ‘post’. How it gets too you i have no idea, and i hope i find you well. That’s me sitting in the largest dump truck made in the world, at a mining museum in Kalgoorlie. It’s really big, and doesn’t work anymore. At the same time, i had a Seiko Kinetic Divers 200m watch, that also didn’t work. But now it does! Neville Cox fixed it, no problem. He is a watchmaker. (Other end of the scale to the truck, which i bet he can’t fix.). Got a problem with your watch, go see Nev, he’ll fix it for sure! Thanks Nev. Roly.

This man must be a very unhappy man, His phone manner was absolutely disgusting, but I thought I would check Him out at His business and His irritable customer service manner over the counter was just the same as His irritable phone manner, He said He couldn't help Me and I don't think He really wanted to either, I went else where and couldn't have got more better positive happy service. I had to put a star on here for My review to be posted, but He is not worth even half a star.
