Absolutely amazing service and people. My pipe under my sink burst at 1am and I was scared. Alex on the phone was very kind and reassuring. I couldn’t afford someone to come out in the end and had to cancel last minute. Alex was kind and understanding and waived my fee. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone they care about the people involved and their communication is impeccable. It’s good to know that there are still honest good services out there, please use these guys if you need them!!!

Most efficient, best and kindest plumbing service I have ever used. They did everything to help me late at night and words can not describe how thankful I am. Alex came to rescue me today. I need help with installation mixer tap as the previous one not been installed correctly by another plumber. I been wait and wait around for so long until i meet Alex. I would like to say thank you very much for your help. Alex is very friendly, professional, polite, on time. He explained to me through what happen. I unequivocally recommend Alex for any plumbing maintenance and strata remediation works associated with plumbing works.Alex impressed with his reliability, attention to detail, methodical process of works, and further, rectified an issue in my apartment (out of his own accord) which had the high probability of having to remove my kitchen splashback and cabinetry to attend to a broken connection. Alex spent an additional 3 hours to rectify the issue, which other plumbers may have walked away from. Alex from ABCO was very professional. Today we had book an emergency call (after hours) to repair the Toilet Flush tank which was not working.......Flush tank Valve and hose were replaced on the spot.Very friendly and looks like he has lots of experience....Will add/update this review to see how things are working after repairs....may be after few days.... although ABCO has given Warranty for couple of years....Definitely recommend specially in Emergency.

Alex was an absolute life saver, my kitchen sink exploded and he was over quickly to repair it. Without him my kitchen would’ve been a pool! Professional, friendly and kept me informed during the whole process. Would absolutely recommend! Will be my first call from now on for any pluming needs!

We had an emergency gas leak after breaking a pipe doing house renos. Alex was wonderful to deal with, very responsive and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. He sourced the spare parts for us asap and called to update multiple times throughout the process until it was repaired. Couldn’t be more thankful!!

I have had a similar experience as another client who rated the service one-star and thought it is important that I share my experience. I needed a leaking toilet replaced on 19 Dec 2022. As I am not a plumber, I would have no idea whether the job was well done or otherwise. However, at least the issue is fixed for now.Similar to the other client, Alex promised to send through an invoice which is very important given that a warranty is attached to the job done, and without the invoice there is no evidence of the transaction. I reminded Alex on 20 Dec (the next day) that he had not sent through the invoice as promised. However, he said that his wife was having a baby and so was very busy. I understood and did not hassle him until 25 Jan when I sent through a 2nd reminder. Alex indicated that he was driving and that there was some issue with their hotmail which is why he did not send through the invoice. He promised to get back (via message). But I never heard from him again.I required another plumbing job today and tried to contact him but as per the other client, I could not get through - it seems that my number has been blocked by Alex.In summary, although the job seems ok to date (given that it has only been 6 months), the overall experience around the invoice is concerning. This is the primary reason for my poor rating.P.S. I have the entire trial of message exchanges between Alex and myself which I am happy to share if Alex claims that this transaction never took place.

Top notch service, contacted almost immediately after posting the job and was onsite and completed over the next hour.Alex was honest and a genuinely friendly lad (legend), fixed the blockage in no time. Will definitely be using again for any future plumbing issues.
