Paid for a Mega Detail (interior) inclusive of a car seat steam.When I picked up car, the seats were wet and remained wet for days resulting in a yucky smell, windows on the inside were also not cleaned.I was advised to return so that they could redo. I returned to be advised that they could not do at 12pm and to return at 8am on another day. I returned at 8am to be told that they were unable to do windows and that pick up would be at 4:30 (previously full interior took 2 hours). I was made to feel like I was asking for too much. Redo of car was never done and I will not be returning. I would rather go somewhere that follows through on their word.

I took my brand new car in for its first wash and was very nervous about having the paintwork damaged, so I took it to this place for a hand-wash. The rude attendant simply said leave the keys, it will be an hour. Then walked off. That worried me, so I watched from the coffee shop across the road as they simply wiped it with dry rags, then parked it. No water was used. After I picked up I had a closer look not only was it still dirty in patches but you could see circular scratch marks where they had wiped it with a dry cloth. The very thing I was afraid of from a mechanical wash. Now my beautiful new car has light scratchings all over it. Was only charged $25, but it will cost me a lot more to try and get the scratches buffed out by someone who actually knows what they're doing.

Very rude person in charge this morning. He started arguing that my working vehicle has more cleaning to do. I asked him to do the cleaning of only the front part of the interior (it is a van) and the exterior and he started looking for ways to charge more. They have a display with packages and a note at the bottom that prices might change depending on the status of the vehicle. My van was a bit more dirty and I understand if there is more work involved but I would never expect to be charged $100 instead of $65 for a large vehicle, excluding the loading area of the van. So they had less surface to clean, I was willing to pay a bit more even by exluding the back area and he was still pushing for his own price. He became agressive and rude because I didn't accepted his offer. No idea if he was the manager but no excuse for such a behaviour from a sales point of view. I kindly decline the price and left. I used to wash all my cars there but it looks like they changed the management or it was just that guy that doesn't know how to communicate with clients. Otherwise I was always happy with the result. This time around I had such a bad experience that I don't think I will go back again. I might go back and try to talk to the manager. Hopefully is not the same guy.

terrible customer service the second i arrived, staff were incredibly rude with attitude for no reason.paid $75 each for 2 cars for the prestige detail and was rudely told to be back in 45 minutes and not a minute late as despite opening hours listing 4pm they wanted to close early.upon picking up the car, some windows were not cleaned at all, both look half vacuumed at best and both exteriors look as if they poured some water over it and didn’t bother to actually wash them. incredibly disappointed with both the customer service and the cleaning job.

Went here on the weekend to get my car cleaned before selling, as I was told by my family that it was great when they went years ago. On the site the mini detail was what I wanted and it was $55. When I arrived the man that greeted me was super rude and pushy; and when I said I wanted the mini detail he opened my car door and he told me it would be $150?! I replied that on the site it says $75 (which I realised after I was wrong as it’s actually even cheaper on the site and it’s $55!) and he cut me off and said it’s ‘too filthy’ and was super rude and said it has to be $150…? I do have a small SUV so thought there might be a small surcharge for size, and it did also have a few garden scraps on the back seat from the nursery, but $150?! I felt really pressured as the man was super pushy so I went ahead with it. On my invoice it is ticked as the ‘prestige’ service which is $150, but I didn’t receive a prestige offering. I got the mini detail, but was told it was $150?! To be fair it was a good job done, but I paid $150 for a simple wash and clean so it would want to be. Absolutely will not be back, outrageous price and really rude service too. From reading the other reviews whilst waiting for my car, many ppl seem to have experienced a similar situation of an outrageous upcharge!

Great job done, very happy - even honoured a free wash" voucher from regular washing after many years (now discontinued). Handled very professionally & even upgraded us to a "mini detail". definately be back.....thanks guys."

They make up prices as they go. I was told my vehicle would cost $150 for a single cab Ute, so a two seat interior. The board says $75. Not sure what the extra $75 was for. Asked for the manager and said they would do for $125, which is still a lot more than the posted pricing. Called the manager to let them know. No policy, no offer of explanation, just rude and told if I didn’t like the price don’t come back. I have reported to ASIC as they are in breach of consumer law.not good business practice and no one in management has an issue with the blatant overcharging
