Very very rude service walked in to get sum water was greeted as a criminal never going there ever again rude customer service

Do not go to this pharmacy. It is the most expensive pharmacy I have been to. If you do attend expect to be charged double the cost for the prescription price. They take advantage that they are opened late and patients may be requiring urgent meds. Also they are connected to the medical center next door and they don’t provide masks and tell you, you have to wear one for which they don’t provide and you have no option to go to the pharmacy next door (Blue Cross Pharmacy) to buy one which they charge $1.00 per mask. They have the masks ready, one mask in a paper bag ready to sell individually. They would make $100’s a day just on masks. Also, the retail assistant was antagonizing the patients who were buying the masks to see the doctor who were disappointed at this scam. Do not buy your medication here Sydney’s biggest rip off pharmacy!!!

There was an issue with payment for my item. The pharmacist was professional and resolved the problem as promptly as possible. Happy with the service.

CHRIS is hands down, the most professional, friendly and helpful pharmacist I've ever seen in my life. He went above and beyond, was detailed, knew absolutely everything there was to know about a very complex script, and offered genuine and kind expertise. What an asset and great human being.

I use Blue Cross Pharmacy for all medical needs as they are open early and don’t lose until late at night.I have always found the staff to be efficient, friendly always ready to help with any questions or concerns you may have. Very patient and provide a service with a smile.

I had reviewed this as the medical centre next door instead of the pharmacy.I’m updating to reflect my experience at the pharmacy which has always been good with knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Would give negative stars if it were possible. Terrible service. Worst service from a chemist I've ever recieved. All but accused me of being a drug manufacturer because I asked for 2 (that's 2, not 20) packets of cold and flu tablets. I presented the required ID and explained myself and 3 others in my household were sick as a dog with the flu. He insisted it were illegal to sell more than 1 pack a day (it isn't, read the legislation!), then when I proved him wrong by showing him the legislation he refused to sell me anything... At 9 o'clock at night when nothing else anywhere nearby was open. Really, really terrible service here.

Very convenient opening hours, pleasant and efficient service and has everything that I need. I've been coming here for years and I have never been disappointed :)
