Awesome on demand transport. We've used it a number of times when we needed something delivered or picked up urgently and they have never let us down. Definitely recommend.

This app is awesome! I bought a couch and need it home that day. Downloaded the instatruck app and got a van within 15 minutes.Cost less and delivered quicker than the shop could offer.

The estimate cost is not accurate. The order can’t be canceled from app. Nobody response during the public holiday. Has a lot to be improved on app!

The boys were so fast & loved their attitude & sense of humour. The reviews I had read were well lived up to. Highly recommend to anyone looking for movers.

After calling several reputable courier companies for a same-day service and being turned down by all of them, I stumbled across Instatruck and rang the number. Dave was so helpful and said he'd be able to send a truck out to our semi-rural location that day! All I had to do was sign up an account via the app and enter in all the details of the pick-up and drop-off locations and the cargo information. They had a truck out to us as promised and the cost was very affordable. Great service, easy to use and will definitely use again. Thanks Dave!

The app/service they run is amazing. I had 2 pallets of tiles delivered for a price that I still find ridiculously cheap.I was looking into trucks and vans with enough load capacity and then insurance and having to make 2 trips etc. I put the wrong dimensions (I asked for a 10m x 10m x 14m load, cause I can't follow instructions) into InstaTruck and the estimate was still reasonable enough to be considered comparable to hiring a large enough truck/van. I was then contacted after I tried a different number of estimates and advised I might have made a typo. The next (and fair to say the correct) estimate was so low that I stopped looking into hires and just clicked to book the job instantly.I ended up downloading the app as well and was informed by text, and in app through a visual, the whole way through the process.Literally saved me a $ (about 1/3 the expected cost) and an entire day messing around with hire vehicles, driving, loading, unloading, refuelling and I am so glad to have experienced how great InstaTruck are on our very first delivery for our renovation.If you haven't picked up on it yet, I am extremely pleased with InstaTruck, great idea and great implementation. Will use again and again and again =)
