Best barbershop in the area! 10/10 recommend

Went for hair and beard cut and it was one of the best experience of my life, shade was amazing and beard geometrically perfect! Staff super friendly that you feel like you have going there for years, definitely recommended !

Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Been taking my boy there since they opened up as I don’t have much hair to cut. Eddy and the team know what they are doing and always are respectful. Always a good chat and friendly environment. My boy loves going.

My son had a haircut today. Towards the end of the haircut the barber asked if the haircut was satisfactory and then he got angry when my son asked for a bit more cut off. This was the chubby man with glasses. Will never use again. BAD SERVICE.

Terrible experience. My son has long hair, the female staff member was pleasant and appeared to understand that I wanted a trim only, to maintain the length.HOWEVER, his hair was chopped a lot shorted due to admitted error. The cut was: choppy, not blended, uneven and overall poorly styled.Attempted to call the salon to discuss and up to 4 attempts before being answered.Female barber then answered and agreed she made errors and tried to fix, however agreed to a refund. I advised photos would be provided to evidence concerns raised, however she said “NO, I don’t want or need photos.On approach I was greeted with barber, male owner, and >4 other male staff and another female staff members who all stood at the front desk whilst I was confronted AGGRESSIVELY by the owner. He proceeded to say it is their right to correct the haircut and see it prior (however due to the poor cut, I explained on the phone I did not feel confident that they could fix his hair without causing more problems) i advised again that I had pictures, but was vehemently dismissed. He then INTIMIDATINGLY said:“it was my problem” and he has the right to dismiss phone calls from private numbers. I explained that my phone is on private due to it being a work phone. However based on his aggressive nature I am glad he did not have my number saved.He then dismissed me, turned his back then abruptly said “give HER the refund, I’m done” whilst all workers stared me out.The female barber remained pleasant and smiled awkwardly. I thanked her for for her professionalism, and fedback to the owner that customers should not be intimidated when giving feedback and complaints when it is a consumer right.Most disgraceful experience I have ever went through.have thankfully had it corrected by another salon, but unfortunately had to have my sons hair cut short to fix the problems as they the second salon agreed it was a unskilled job.Highly recommend you exercise caution attending this venue.

Just had my Mohawk redone at Aleppo. Absolutely the best barber around the Joondalup area. They go above and beyond to make sure you get what you want. You lads are my forever go to team. Don't change your ways, top quality and happy skilled crew! Thanks guys !
