While the general staff itself is great at customer service, the minute they need a manager to validate something, it goes down here. Been a shopper there for over a decade not but the current management is very below the par. He follow the customer is always wrong" ethos. Stay well away from this store and go to others like the Victoria Park one

Well that sure was surreal. The store manager, Raj, delivered a 0/10 level of customer service (on the scale of 0 being the worst and 10 being the best customer service). This is approximately the third time I have experienced hostile, abrasive, and apathetic levels of customer under-service from this store. It appears there is a theme amongst this feedback forum - that this store has a destructive systemic workplace culture that is cultivating the propagation of a very different style of customer service?! I would be interested to know what and how you, Officeworks, are: inducting, training, supporting, and providing ongoing development?Raj's, the manager's, behaviour, cost the store a considerable sale. So, I'm confused. Normally these bad experiences originate from a misaligned transfer of corporate strategy into observable customer-centric behaviours. Not only did he fail to de-escalate the situation, but he also actually managed to escalate it. To make matters worse, he implicitly discriminated against me as per Anti-Discrimination legislation.After he finally listened to me, he still continued to put fuel on the fire by verbally protecting his opinion. I provided multiple opportunities for him to regain a functional sales dynamic; however, he was unable to put his own pride aside and be there for the company. And this is the manager you put on a Sunday, in charge of a store in the middle of Perth CBD...?

Most Perth Officeworks branches have been quite disappointing, with long queues, slow and poor service etc, but Perth CBD has consistently been excellent, with friendly knowledgeable staff and plenty of stock (despite being a small store). This is now the only Officeworks I would go to, outside of emergencies!I recently had to print some large format documents and they had ran out of the correct paper, but fixed problem with a different type of paper and saved my day. Thanks!

Luka and the team really helped out on the weekend in a large last minute order that we needed asap for an event, they were so helpful!

lowest range, highest prices for stock, lowest volume cartridges, never tell us there are 2 sizes and have no idea about printers and inks, even overcharged me at the till for a block of paper advertised for 14.65 but charged 22.00 ! you are on your own here. They closed East Perth large warehouse for this runt of a shop.Its a disaster

Good place to get printing work done while in the city. They also do instant passport size photos here. A large variety of stationery is available. Staff were ok and could be more friendly. Overall a good place.

Ordered for click and collect twice. Both times my item was not there although I got a pickup notification.The staff is completely unhelpful and only tells you to call their customer support and deal with them. No intention of helping or finding a solution for a customer's problem

I needed to copy & print an email gift card from my Android today ( 14th feb 2023) & cannot compliment the staff at Officeworks Perth CBD enough for their friendly & professional service! I apologise; because I have forgotten the name of a young lady who helped me when I first entered the Officeworks Perth CBD.... she was wonderful!The young gentleman at the counter ( along with another young lady) was exceptional; in that, he made all the customers feel that 'they/we' all mattered regardless of the request for print & or copy!I can highly recommend the print/ copy service offered at Officeworks Perth CBD!

I reached at dot 6.00pm and this Asian girl didn’t even allow me to shop for 1 item. She closed the door looking straight at my eyes.
