After 5 years with my Billi tap with Sparkling, Chilled & Boiled water, it has become one of those things you cannot imagine living without anymore. It is really convenient to have it at home. And the design of the levers are a perfect match for the kitchen bench.Ian from Billy is always a pleasure to deal with. And the consumables including CO2 bins and filters are readily available online for delivery. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to upgrade their home to another level of luxury.

Our Billi has been so great over the last 8+ years but developed a drip internally. When Paul from Billi was sent out to us he was fantastic, fixed the problem. My only feedback is if something else was to happen I will be asking for an actual Billi service person and not one of the agents/plumbers who are used and from my experience are quite useless as they just caused me to be sent a bill for 60 min work with out fixing anything.

We have had an alpine sparkling/chilled Billi at home for about 8 months.The unit itself does a good job, but it has recently developed a constant buzzing/humming sound that is really irritating.I booked a service call (37127) and they sent out a third party contractor, but he said nothing could be done.

Do NOT buy a Billi!! Customer Service is atrocious. You'll regret it.For the cost of a unit being in the thousands of $, you'd expect a warranty claim, to be handled quickly and efficiently. Four months and I'm still chasing up the ''Manager to get it sorted. In what world does a customer have to chase up a company to rectify an issue.....and for months?? Calls go unanswered

Thought I must share my experience today. Switched from Zip to Billi 18months ago and was dreading my decision.Had a technician, Paul, arrive today and am over the moon.Spent 2 hrs plus and was the most thorough person I have ever had troubleshooting the issue. Better still would not leave until everything was perfect. Very rare in this day and great to have someone of his expertise working to get things right.Thanks Paul(andBilli) I wish you both every success.Ken Shepherd

Purchased a Billi tap for holiday unit in Surfers. It has given me no end of trouble in spite of attempts by Billi to repair. Furthermore to get hold of a senior manager in customer service to try and address is impossible so buy ZIP as it is a much better product with much better after sales service.

Our Billi 4000 unit failed, one year old exactly, due to a heater element problem. It took a couple of weeks for the service call visit to take place, but once Rodney and George arrived they knew exactly what had happened and how to repair it. Great guys, talking about how the innards of the unit worked and what they were doing. Very tidy and thorough in their work. They made a few adjustments for us per their suggestions, and we now have a Billi that is working better than ever. I'm looking forward to trouble-free running for many years to come, and lots of hot water for the teapot.

Very poor customer service on a Billi Quadra which was installed less than 1 year ago. Numerous calls and emails over the past 4 weeks and still no technician has made contact. Call back message left 4 times - no call back. Worst customer 'dis' service.Update: After this review I was contacted by Billi 'marketing' and things happened. Within days, a service tech came out and the problem was rectified. Well done. It should not have to take a Google review to get action but I'm glad it did.
