I recently purchased a 2019 Subaru Impreza from NMG and I must say I am impressed of their professionalism and helping me find a car I liked driving. The business manager Corrine was really friendly and helpful and George was fantastic in helping me choose my wheels. Fantastic service, will definitely come back.

I recently received my T ROC R from Daniel Ardron and the service was unbelievable from order to delivery. Daniel advised any updates received regarding its arrival and was extremely tentative to all my questions surrounding the vehicle.I highly recommend Dan from NMG for the perfect buying experience.

Every time I have used this service centre there has been an issue, and today was no different. I arrived to collect my car after my service only to be told my keys had been given to a different customer.I am only lucky enough that customer was nice enough not to steal my car.As well as this, they had carried out the wrong month's service, competing all paperwork 6 months in advance. I can only hope that this will not affect my warranty. I'd like confirmation of this but I won't hold my breath to hear back from a service operator.Oh, and please see the attached images where my old service sticker had been left. Also nice to see the complimentary hand wash was also completed (as it still states on the paperwork).Not good enough Nepean. It's a shame that this is my closest service centre.

Purchased my Compass at Jeep Penrith recently and was super impressed with the service and support provided by the team. Glen was so lovely and quick to provide me with great advice to guide me through my purchase as was Caitlin from finance. Couldn't fault my experience with the dealership at all and looking forward to coming back in the future when my sister is ready to upgrade her Wrangler.Huge thanks to Glen for taking the time out to help me set up my car when I picked it up so I could drive out with confidence too.
