Had such a great experience would highly recommend. My 3 yr old Japanese Spitz left happy and healthy.

Our dog got bitten on last Sunday. Called up the clinic few mins before it close. Lady who still answered my call and put me through to doc. Got the bandages on the bitten paw and by the time when we all finish s about an hour after the usual closing time. I know everyone would love to enjoy their weekend especially who still work half day on Sunday. But ppl at the clinic still helped us. We really appreciated the services. Thank you everyone at the clinic helped on that day.

The team at Canterbury Vet are all super friendly and welcoming. I had to bring my rabbit Bean in as she was unwell and deteriorating, they managed to fit me in last minute.A special shoutout to Dr Priscillia who treated my rabbit and was so attentive and kind. I had to make the difficulty decision of letting her cross the rainbow bridge this morning, the night before Dr Priscillia went through different options with me in detail and called up other clinics to get quotes. She was so patient and understanding giving us plenty of time to say goodbye to my bunny which I appreciated so much. Phenomenal service!Edit: When I went to collect Bean’s ashes 2 weeks later staff were still showing so much compassion, when I got home I realised they had even wrote a card and it was signed by all staff which made me cry (they were happy tears!) throughout this whole process I did not feel rushed and honestly felt like this was the best goodbye I could’ve had with Bean despite the circumstances and this helped my grieving process so so much. I will be back for my other two rabbits’ check up

My mini groodle, Daisy, just got speyed at the Vermont Value Vet. You have to look really closely to even see the scar. It is virtually invisible; so finely sewn, neat and tidy. Thank you so much, as I have seen some really horrible heavy handed stitching on friend’s puppies from other vets. Daisy woke up almost her old self the next day! I received excellent take-home-advice and follow up care. A great testament to Hugh Bourke’s good people.

This vet has helped me through so much with my guinea pigs. I very grateful for them. Very kind, understanding, and lovely people all around.

So very happy to have found the perfect veterinarian for my ferrets. Dr Lynda is an expert in ferret health and was able to fit me in for a surgery within 2 days of seeing my girl Marley. There are lots of vets out there just wanting the money, here is value for money, and excellent care. Feeling confident and looking forward to seeing them again. Many thanks.

Very lucky to have found this vet clinic. Very caring and responsible team who always make us feel reassured. Highly recommend Dr. Suki who is very attentive and patient to answer all our questions and follow up Brown’s condition.

Have been taking our dog Theo to Canterbury Vet since he was a pup and the wealth of knowledge each team member has is unparalleled as is their care for animals. Would highly recommend any one requiring veterinary services.
