Have only had pleasant experiences with this company. They certainly are always prompt. The office staff are lovely & called almost straight away after receiving my online booking request. I didn’t have to wait around for the tech Shanan to arrive. He turned up when he said he would & fixed the problem in no time. I’ve had really bad experience with other tradies & it’s been very refreshing dealing with this company. I’ve used them twice & will definitely be using them again.

Arrived on time and sorted a blocked drain on the freezer, which was causing ice build up. Matt and Dean were friendly and professional and the price for the repair was good. Couldn't have asked for anything better. I would recommend them anytime.

These guys work on a process of elimination rather than professional advice. Of course, it's more beneficial to them to keep coming out and charging every time, rather than advise us to get a new dishwasher. We are extremely disappointed with the way this company conducts business as our dishwasher is still not fixed and they won't come out to sort the problem unless we pay even more money up front.

Quick, efficient and all at a reasonable price. From our first contact (by phone) to completion of work it was faultless and professional. Parts were carried in the vehicle meaning the repair, even though it was not what was expected was completed in one visit. Great work standards, very happy!

Matthew arrived on time and fixed my dishwasher within half an hour. Even tightened the hinges on the dish washer door which had been bugging me for years. Very professional service. Will be using theses guys again for sure. Top marks!

We had Shanan come and fix our dish washer, he was prompt, efficient and fixed our problem in no time. The maker of our dishwasher could not get anyone out to fix it for a month but I rang Always Prompt Services and they could do the job within a week. Relieved household

Our washing machine suffered a door lock failure. Shanan arrived early and had it diagnosed really fast. The part was quoted and ordered a day later and the repair completed by Shanan a couple of weeks later after the part came in. The team were great about setting expectations regarding timeframes and their prices are really good. We would be more than happy to use Always Prompt and Shanan again for any future appliance repairs.
