The customer service is good - 4 stars!Marked down for the expensive nature of dealership servicing. I only take my car here when I really need to. They also called me a few times in the day trying to upsell me on things saying “your car could do with a new xxx costing $xxxxx” at highly inflated prices. Just no!

This is our first ever Volvo and it won't be the last, The exceptional service that we were shown from start to finish of our purchasing journey was brilliant. We had Taje as our sales rep and he went above and beyond to ensure that we were 100% satisfied. We will recommend Volvo Geelong to all our friends.

Great service. Very attentive and efficient staff, super polite and were truly listening during our conversations. Claudia, the sales person who helped me let slip that she was very new but in the short time between our meetings, she was had obviously been doing her homework and was very well versed in her products. Very happy!

The customer service team was good and nothing to complain about there. When I purchased the car, I signed the contract with the agreed cost. Moving forward about eight months and after the car quarantining issue, I was told that car has gone up by $3000 and that I would have to accept the new price or just forfeight the car (basically I don't have to buy it). I find this stupid because what is the point of signing a contract for an agreed price where the dealership can just increase the price later. Not sure if this is even legal. After waiting for so long and that we need the car, I had no option but to accept the new cost. So this issue is probably not a Volvo Geelong issue but a Volvo issue in general.

Really enjoyed my experience of shopping for a new car at Volvo Geelong. They made it easy to understand which model would suit my lifestyle best and then worked quickly to have a car sourced. Highly recommend

Super disappointed. Volvo Geelong just burnt me.Forced price increase, forced me to cancel my order for new XC90 because they sold the vehicle to someone who is paying a higher price. Either I must pay higher price or cancel my order.I want the vehicle I ordered at the price I ordered. You cheaters.Just updating this review.Thanks for providing comment and Volvo's policy to me. I have already put this matter in ACCC and filled an official complaint on the matter as well.The good thing is Volvo Port Melbourne is helping me get the car and I feel they really value good customer service. Just not happy with dealing with Geelong. Pathetic service.

Excellent service and attention.Only thing you missed that Volvo asked in their email survey was”Did the service provider remind you that the service was due”…which you did not do, but but would be very helpful and easily done.Apart from that, your service was the best I have had from you.Peter Bonner-Mackness

Outstanding service with clear and frequent communication on progress and cost.A really great customer experience, particularly as I had abandoned Melbourne City Volvo after years of loyalty as their standards deteriorated into total mediocrity!

We had and absolutely perfect experience with James Bowman - he went above and beyond to get us our C40 recharge within the timefame we needed and responded to all our queries very quickly. Very friendly and helpful dealership.
