Dean and his team could not have done a better job with our balcony grass installation. Dean was great with quoting and fitting us in, and the two guys that did the install were super professional and efficient. We are stoked with how it has turned out. Really impressed with Aaron's service & the team's installation. They did a great job on our backyard, which is now inviting, versatile and low maintenance. We have a dog & we just bag up the ablutions & hose down that area to keep any smells at bay. Otherwise i just rake all the leaves from the trees into the garden now & then. Great job thanks Aaron! This company goes above and beyond to deliver what they promise. We are so happy, our backyard has been transformed and it looks beautiful. A great group of guys, friendly, hard working and they completed a very professional looking job. I would 100% recommend this company.

Our lawn got laid earlier than expected.The whole team on site were courteous and very careful.Carly in head office is a gem.Don't bother with the other companies.

I cannot recommend Eco Lawns more highly! Our yard was a horrendous mud pit that was uneven and had poor drainage. The team did a magnificent job of evening out the yard and installing our lawn.From the quote process to booking in installation, to the big day, I cannot speak more highly of the team. So friendly, professional and helpful!A week after our install, our puppy decided to do some redecorating! I messaged Carly via Facebook, who called me straight away even though it was out of business hours and during her family time! Straight away she made arrangements for an urgent repair and it was done in less that 24 hours! We are just so appreciative of Carly and the team’s responsiveness and understanding, especially through my emotional panic over the phone.If you want to see perfect customer service and a 5 star business model, look to these guys! We canvassed half a dozen artificial turf suppliers and after deciding on Ecolawns, we could not be happier. Our high maintenance courtyard is now a lovely, clean outdoor area for our little ones to enjoy.We had very heavy rain that began during installation, however the installers battled through the elements and even came back when things dried up to make sure everything had settled as it should. There were no issues with drainage.Supremely happy with the product itself, it looks and feels like really nice grass but without the maintenance.The price was also very competitive, and even included removal of our old shrubs, pebbles and tired pot plants.

They did a good job technically. Communication could have been better, they didn't really discuss with us the best ways to deal with drains that would be covered by the turf, or how to deal with a loose garden bed. Then they charged us several hundred dollars to come back and fix it. Still get four stars because their technical work is good.

Overall extremely satisfied. Aaron turned up on time and provided a very competitive quotation. We had changes made to the installation date due to rain, but everything was organised in advance. The installation team turned up at the time arranged, they were helpful and friendly and did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend Ecolawns, and plan to use them if we require additional areas done.

Ecolawns offered the most competitive price to lay artificial grass on my front and back yards as well as fix up some problems which surfaced from a previous installation (by others). The three man team led by Todd (and Rohan and Kingy) were unable to complete the job in one day as the tasks were far more challenging (and a break down of their truck at their depot did not help, either, resulting in a delayed start). I had Sir Walter Raleigh grass which presented a major effort in removing them, even with a mechanical device. Day two, with Drew joining Rohan and Todd today, grass removal was posing a problem for completion. Dean King, the boss, sent another two teams to the site after lunch and with Kyle's leadership, the nine man crew finished the job by 4.30 pm. They deserved the beers that I provided. I could not be more pleased with the end result. My front yard looks smashing and the money spent is well worth it. Thank you, all of you, for a splendid job. I was impressed how the entire team worked together to do the various tasks. Well done Eco Lawns - I will not hesitate to recommend your work and the professional manner you handled yourselves. The site was left tidy. I cannot think of any negatives - it was all positive. Thank you.
