Michael and I went to Gap Engineering to have rails installed on the roof of our Iveco Daily van so we can fit solar panels on. The guys on site did a professional job and in a realistic time. The finished work looks amazing. Thank you to all at Gap Engineering.

Was served by a lazy, incompetent staff member of the 4th of March. I had to email the company the next day for the invoice as it had not been emailed to me.I then discover that the 2 lengths of 20x20 were cut @ 4010mm instead of 4100mm as ordered.When challenged to rectify the issue, the owner did not comply. I requested that they collect and swap the items.These guys do not value their customers or their time. I have given them plenty of time to rectify the issue.

I ve tried to purchase 3 metres of t- slot extrusion and bag of 8 mm. Nuts .Firstly by filling in the order form on their website, and then sending 2 x emails detailing what I required, I received an incorrect quote , because my email details weren’t checked. This dragged over 2 days ! How difficult is it to supply a section of extrusion and some nuts to a potential customer?? Very difficult for gap engineering !
