I have been to many of the most reputable and best hair salons in trendy cities in different states and countries. I have to say that this little salon in Stratford is an absolute gem! Felt like a VIP and beautiful ambiance and staff. Yasmin gave me the best style cut I’ve ever, ever had! She gave me some ideas about a short hairstyle she thought would look great on me. She used the iPad to show me pictures before discussing the finer points of the cut then used her scissors like a true and highly talented artist. I’m looking forward to my regular 6 week cuts with her and it was a pleasure to be in her company as she is a lovely lady my too. I left the salon feeling fresh, and like a new woman. 10 out of 10. Marcia has been doing my hair since I moved to Cairns 7 years ago. Often I just tell her to do what she feels like as she knows me so well and I like to put her creative flair and knowledge to good use ;-)But for my wedding I knew exactly the colour and style I wanted so I took her some pics and she understood straight away what I was after and how to adapt it to suit me.I still can't believe how beautiful we all looked on the day; myself, my 2 bridesmaids and my mum and my partner's mum all looked absolutely stunning and the hairstyles suited our outfits and the tone of the wedding perfectly.I can't thank Marcia enough, we had the most amazing day and getting ready was so relaxing and enjoyable as we all knew we were in very safe hands :-)I highly recommend her and her staff for not just cutting and colouring but also for creative styles and special occasions. My wedding day wouldn't have been the same without Marcia!

A lovely salon and Marcia was very nice and did a good job. They also carry a great range of organic and natural products. I am shocked at the price though.. a simple trim that took 10 mins, even with a discount for not having the shampoo and dry, was a hundred bucks. I’ll be asking the price up front in future!

Marica's just knows how to make your hair sit like you've just walk out of the salon even weeks later........since getting my hair cut & styled at her salon, I am constantly told my hair looks awesome.....which never usually happens given how curly my hair is..... definately think she is the best hairdresser in Cairns.....given she has been a stylist to leading fashion magazines, celebrities & international fashion shows.....is a real testiment to her talant.....thanks for making me feel like a sexy mamma. x

This is a gem of a place. A lovely location, amazing staff and the kind of detailed service you'd expect from professional hairdressers. The cuts are really wonderful- contemporary and clever. As theatrical as you like, as subtle as you like, just as the name says: as *you* like it.

The lady who did my eyebrow reshape and tint did a first rate job. Best I have ever had!So many people said “ gosh you look so refreshed”Wonderful service
