Mastery Dental Clinic

My family actually saw another dentist in Railway Parade who just retired. My mum's denture had some issue which had not been resolved by the retied dentist. After the Railway Parade clinic was changed the ownership to Mastery Dental Clinic, some new dentists came. Louise Tan took over the job and fixed the denture for my mum. We didn't need to purchase a new one. We were very impressed of her patience and professionalism.

My mum had an implant done with Dr Zhang 8 years ago, we moved from sydney after. This implant tooth has never given any trouble to my mum. Whichever dentists my mum saw after job complete, this tooth has received all the good words.Many thanks to Dr Zhang and team. You have done the good job to my mum.

Rude service : receptionist as well as dentist. Dentists are mostly just graduated students with less experiences. Even just do dental clean can not make it cleaned thoroughly. Receptionists - no greetings, wrong information kept for patients, book wrong dentist. Dentists from this clinic also charge differently even service the same items. High charges.

Been going there several years, even though they moved away from our area. I guess you could say we continued going because we were loyal customers.Recently spent over $1,000 getting work done. Glitch in payment with healthcare, they asked my wife to leave her healthcare fund card while we sorted it out. All sorted in the next couple of days (although they had asked us to pay cash upfront when this clearly wasn't necessary). We asked them to post the card back to us when they confirmed payment cleared because it takes us a couple hours round trip to get there and back.There answer... No." Not even the decency of a call from the manager.Explained that it seemed a simple/cheap thing for them to post it

Highly recommended , I had my Root Canal Treatment done with Dr Zhang. Highly skilled, staffs are friendly and very helpful.

Highly recommend this clinic for all your dental care needs. Very clean and stylish interior, warm friendly service throughout the visit. Dr. Louise was so professional and I was treated with so much care.

Reception with Poor Service, no matter i called or walked in she was bad attitude....

I've been going here for 6 years and always have a positive experience. I've had appointments with several different and dentists and have never been disappointed. Everyone here communicates well about what they're doing while working on your teeth and shares their honest professional opinion when you have a question or concern.

The Reception staff have a Poor Service attitude！NO politeness, NO smile No professional, very impatient and arrogant...I don't have any conflict with her I just think she's very unprofessionalI am strongly suggest training her or fire！I don't know her name but she work on October 16th afternoon.I have seen many of dentists in Sydney, and Mastery Reception Staff is one of the worst so I've decided not come again.By the way, Dr. Mary is very professional.
