We recently completed our build with Sunvista homes and couldn't be happier with the end result. Sunvista worked with us to incorporate our own ideas into our build and despite the current challenges of building we were kept well-informed every step of the way by our amazing client liaison officer, Tammie.The client portal was a fantastic tool to keep track of where our build was up to and a great resource to find important documents.As with any build, there are a few minor issues that need to be corrected but our site supervisor has been fantastic in following up and rectifying these.We are loving our new home, thank you Sunvista for creating our beautiful, quality home with exceptional service.

My wife and I started our build last year in the middle of flooding, product shortage, trade shortages, we were told what was going on every step of the way, the communication from the office staff (especially Tammie) was excellent, never to busy to answer calls or respond to emails.As to the house we love it , it’s everything we wanted in our later years, clean lines and modified to suit us. If I was going to get a second chance to build again I would not look any further than Sunvista .

The site supervisor Greg, did a pretty good job dealing with me throughout my build. I can be a difficult person and to please and have relentless requests, variations, questions and limited patience but I have to say Greg was very personable and patient and continued to push for a house by Xmas for me. Whilst not everything was smooth sailing, Greg handled all situations with a personal touch and ensured I was kept happy. Tammie was very professional at all times, thorough and communicates efficiently. Didn’t miss a beat. Well done and thanks for my new home and your patience with me.

In short, I was very lucky to have found Sunvista. Initially, my journey started elsewhere, and I found Sunvista by chance. I can honestly say that the experience with them greatly outweighs the direct competition. Belinda, at Sunvista, is unmatched in her dedication to her role. I don't ever recall feeling like anything was out of reach, or any level of uncertainty, for that matter, as she always communicated with me, every step, and I always had the information I needed in order to make an informed decision. That level of dedication, these days, is extremely rare. Dean, at Sunvista, also made himself available, even when I knew, for a fact, that he was busy. I could tell that Sunvista had wheels turning late into the night, some nights, and that level of dedication deserves praise. I have many pleasant memories with Sunvista, and, at the end of the day, that's how I imagine it's supposed to be when you're building a home on the spot of land that you love. We just built our first home with Sunvista and we couldn’t be much happier how our house has turned out. From our client liaison Tammie to our sight supervisor Dean, and the rest of the team, communications are excellent very professional to deal with. Highly recommended. Sunvista Homes have been fantastic to deal with from start to finish. I am extremely happy with the level of professionalism and quality of the build. The house is amazing, great quality and the house was handed over well before the scheduled time. After going to the Display Home and meeting Cheryl, I instantly felt comfortable and knew this was the right company to build with.Even though I had a tight budget, I got everything I wanted, and much more. Sunvista Homes were great to deal with. The staff are extremely friendly. Their communication was top notch throughout the build. I really looked forward to my weekly update emails from my Client Liaison on what was happening during the build.My site supervisor, Chris, was absolutely fantastic. He was pleasant to deal with at all times and always made sure things got done and to a high standard.If I ever build again, I will definitely be back to Sunvista Homes.

Sunvista built our first home and we were very pleased with their service. Any time we had questions (including silly ones), Tammie Hartwig (our client liaison officer) was quick to respond and made us feel at ease with the entire process.James Dorta (our site supervisor) was always available to take us on site whenever we wanted to visit and made sure all our defects were fixed before our final inspection.The only suggestions I would make to Sunvista is more content and testimonial sharing on social media. There was hardly any when I started the process, which made me a little uneasy. Now that we have completed our build, I couldn't be happier and really think that real stories will help others be more at ease.I would absolutely recommend Sunvista to anyone who is looking to build. They are great to work with!

What an amazing team to deal with. Made the process of building a home stress free. Love how the team were able to give us a visual on what our home could look like with the colour selection we chose. Communication was always on point.
