Great variety of decent quality products. Many of the products fit a small niche in the market and are hard to get elsewhere. Good prices and delivery fees. Order processing times vary. Sometimes frustratingly not responsive to telephone calls and slow to respond to emails. However, returns are processed fairly.

Cheap products which you expect for the price but just as cheap service. Recived a mill vice that had a crack in the base, emailed and was told a replacement was being arranged that never happen now they don't seem to want to answer emails.

This company is exponentially and completely unprofessional,WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.They don’t answer the phone.They can’t be bothered honouring their listed google opening hours and when they finally do reply to emails they will outright lie and make false claims.

Terrible customer service u responsive Scammers. Sell you things that arnt right. Purchased a eR32 collet bearing nut and the thread is machined wrong. Cannot get hold of them. They don’t answer phones amd try to blame me. NEVER EVER Buying from these scammers again. Be wary when buying. They have Zero customer service. They would not answer phone calls. Numerous emails sent and finally they said they would pay for postage back. In the end it was easier fir me to chuck it in the lathe and do it myself. I was fed up of dealing with them.

Product did'nt work, phoned them twice and got an answer on the second try.Got told to send the item back to them and they will test it and see what is wrong with it. I asked where i should be sending the item, was told 'address is on the website'. No help to me at all.Posted item at my cost back to them for said testing, and have just asked for a refund now.However they do not reply to emails or ever answer the phone.Don't even bother purchasing from this company.Unsure why he is like this.. its going to effect your sales/business.

SC4 lathe part broke, been trying for nearly a year for the part, no replys to emails now can't even call. Avoid this lot, cheap Chinese rubbish. Pay a bit more for a quality product
