I went to get my formal dress here and the lady who help me out was really nice. She treated me like family and I got the dress I wanted on my first try. Usually, I would have had tried on many dresses to find the right one, but with great taste and guidance; I got the the perfect dress. All the dresses there are all so gorgeous, and I’m constantly staring at my dress in my wardrobe, I’m so excited to wear it. Thank you so much! xoxo

Gearbox Boutique is the best! Went in today for my daughter's formal dress. She found one she loved in a different colour. Sonya said it could be made in her colour choice. Ordered it on the spot. Then once we'd left Sonya found the colour example in another style dress and phoned me to make sure it was definitely was the colour we wanted. Exceptional service. So happy with our experience. Highly recommend.

Gearbox was my first stop for my formal dress… and the only stop needed. The dresses are absolutely gorgeous! With many different styles and colours which you can also custom to your liking. Sonya was assisting myself and my Mum. She is amazing! I told her what I was going for and she picked the most gorgeous dress… I brought the first one I tried on. She was unbelievably helpful, kind and made me feel really good about myself. If you are in need of an affordable, gorgeous dress and amazing assistance, Gearbox is your place! xx (gift her a cappuccino with 1 sugar, if you also think she is amazing)

Such lovely helpful ladies with great knowledge . I needed a dress for my son’s wedding and had tried so many dresses but couldn’t find anything I liked. The lady put some dresses in the change room that I would never pick. The second dress I tried on was perfect. I also bought the shoes and matching handbag while I was there and had so many comments on the outfit at the wedding. Thank you lovely ladies!

Such lovely helpful ladies with great knowledge. My daughter needed a dress for her work semi-formal function and we were unsure what dress would be appropriate. Both ladies put some dresses in the change room that ordinarily we would never pick. They helped my daughter in and out of the dresses, changed sizes and offered valued opinions. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They had other customers in the shop, but not once did any of the customers feel neglected - a very lovely shopping experience! Thank you xx

Our experience here was by far the best shopping experience I’ve had in a very long time. Katie was absolutely amazing and helped my mum choose a dress for my wedding and she left feeling so happy and confident.Easily the best customer service I’ve ever received on the Gold Coast! Thank you!
