Booked a X TRAIL car for 2 days.Said they had no cars and gave me a duel cabIsuzu.It was a tradie truck.When I returned it on Sunday there where a lot of cars sitting in the lot .Was a regular customer but now, WILL NEVER RENT A CAR FROM THIS BUSINESS EVER AGAIN.YOU HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER.

Booked a car online, the morning of it was delayed - not a huge deal. When I arrived the lady at the counter had a massive attitude, was incredibly rude.Chris? I think, the gentleman who showed me the car outside was lovely but don't expect to be treated respectfully or kindly by the customer service attendant at the counter

Had fanastic customer service & experience from Jim & Chris when I hired a moving truck. My truck had arrived almost an hour late from a previous customer and Jim offered a very generous solution to my incovenience and made sure I was well compensated for the delay. Chris was very friendly and helpful with the briefing before I took the truck out.Very happy customer and will definitely use them again in the future!!
