I really don't like leaving negative reviews but I am extremely disappointed in the lack of communication. We booked a start date and time for lessons but he never showed up and has not responded to my emails, texts or voicemail since. This was after I rearranged daycare days and cancelled our other swim classes.

Calm, encouraging, fun and professional - Sam was wonderful with my 2 children. I appreciated seeing their increased confidence in the water as much as the development of their swimming technique.
