There were a few bumps on the road due to materials delays but it was a common issue across other builders post covid. The site manager was prompt on sending updates on the building progress, any defects post construction were quickly rectified by SOHO, quality of finishes look great, communication with the building coordinator was also really efficient and and I’ve received responses to my queries within a day. I was expecting a difficult time because of my past experience with a building company that built my first house but SOHO Living has restored my trust in builders. They completed my building to a high standard and despite the economic difficulties that arose during the development they still percivered without issue. Communication was good, it was never hard to make contact with. Nick, the builder is a legend. He takes pride in his work and was very helpful during the whole development. His office team were fantastic and always on top of everything. Considering I was interstate to the construction site, I felt everything went well. Thank you Nick and SOHO Living.

As first home buyers, we were excited but also extremely anxious about building a new home. Especially in the current environment. From day one, SOHO Living made us feel at ease and every part of our journey was completely stress free.From visiting the first show room to the final product, the quality of the townhome that was delivered was superb. Our admin Dom and the site supervisor Nick, went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was everything that we had hoped for. SOHO builders have been amazing all the way through the build of my townhouse. They have been communicating constantly via emails and phone calls on the build progress. Everyone (builder supervisor, office team) has been so fantastic and supportive that I could have not wished for the better team to build my house.Yes they have been some post construction issues, nothing major but every phone call has been answered straightaway and followed by a visit within 15 min, sorting it out on the same day. An excellent service!Thank you SOHO team, without you I would not be in my home.

Amazing new home built by SOHO Living!Highly recommend building your next home or investment with SOHO living. The turn -key inclusion package covers all the little things that the house need - without the extra costs. Inclusions were; concrete, landscaping, letterbox, clothesline, oven, dishwasher. Good quality products and well built by the trades teams . 3 colour schemes to choose from.Gorgeous grey shade timber floor boards for downstairs and nice plush carpet upstairs . Soho team were amazing to deal with from sales, to the start build to completion. Communications was excellent through out the whole process. Allowed us visit the property with our trades to measure (blinds etc) before handover. Big shout out and Thankyou to the soho team- particularly Troy (land sales) Hayley & Natasha (office team ) and Jorge (site manager) , a fantastic building experience from start to end . We love our new soho living home!

Soho Living has been amazing!We have just finished construction of our beautiful home, in light of the some delays which every builder is having they were with us every step of the way. As a first home buyer the initial search for a home was very daunting especially for a novice. Soho living have been nothing but amazing in helping me search for my perfect home. Dane is a fantastic consultant, full of knowledge and patience, able to answer all questions honestly and diligently. He made the experience very streamlined by listening to my budget and requirements and was able to find me the perfect home in the perfect location. He is always in constant contact and made all efforts to ensure I had plenty of time to consider all the design decisions.
