Amira Residences

Great building, friendly staff, beautiful pool and common areas and very well maintenance.My partner and I start leaving in Amira at the end of December in which we love this building. We have always been in contact with Yanni, in which he has been great from the beginning ; helping us finding our apartment that would also be puppy friendly.More than just a building we live in, it has become a home and all thanks to the effort that Aria Living does to create a friendly relationship with all tenants in the building.

I could not speak more highly of Amira and their dedicated staff. The building has such amazing facilities including a fully equipped gym and rooftop pool with beautiful city views. The building manager has been so helpful with every query and he has always gone above and beyond for us. We are lucky enough to have great neighbours with such a community atmosphere which is encouraged by Amira staff. My housemate and I couldn’t be happier living here :)

One of the most impressive buildings I have seen recently. Rooftop pool area is amazing and apartments are beautiful.Onsite manager is amazing as well!Couldn’t be happier and would recommend the building to anyone.

Amazing staff. I was driving in from Logan to view the apartment and messaged ahead that I might be a few minutes late. I received a message straight away saying not to worry. Upon arriving I was asked to wait briefly as a couple were joining the walk through which gave me a moment to notice the small details I.e. small filtered water fountain in the corner, newspapers for the residents, umbrellas and green apples. I asked the staff if these were for the residents and to my surprise they were, not that many places offer newspapers and fresh green apples daily! The facilities as well as the apartments shown are exactly as the pictures provided and so much more. The staff are so friendly and accommodating as well as knowledgeable of the whole building. My favourite thing since moving in is the communal rooftop with fresh citrus, rosemary and thyme that I use to flavour my g&ts.

Hi my home is at Amira, Aria living East Brisbane QLD.It's more than an apartment it's a home. Not only Aesthetically beautiful, this brand new beautiful building hinges on the cusp of the beautiful city of Brisbane. Our backyard is a massive gorgeous park and dog park to boot. The city views are truly breath taking....However, what sets this living experience apart is how we, the residence and owners are treated.... this is beyond any lease I've ever had, Aria completely & utterly takes care of each and every one of us .... we feel loved we feel taken care of, we feel safe and we feel blessed.The entire Amira team here are truly hands on amazing caring people. Not only taking care of us but this beautiful nature enticed oasis.... palm trees, gardens, open state of the art kitchen’s (I’m a Los Angeles Private Chef) state of the art gym, rooftop is beyond.... it’s very special living here & very rare.I've lived in Italy, Los Angeles and NYC let me tell you I'm in living bliss....
