Ross creek tropicals

Received my first order in Victoria and am extremely happy with the size and health of the trees. They were well packed for the trip and didn't even have one droopy leaf on arrival. They are perfect. The service all up is excellent, with prompt and friendly replies to emails , good packaging, perfect condition of trees and good size trees. Just received my order within two days the weather was very warm and I was concerned about them coming through Aus Post with the heat. Picked them up at post office in perfect condition. They were so well packaged with lots of water crystals around the plant. The plants look amazing, very happy with the plant quality, packaging, delivery speed and ease of ordering. Thanks guys. The quality of stock is above anywhere else ive seen. The guys are so helpful and welcoming as well. I won't buy anywhere else now. I travel 1.5hrs there, they will courier but i love going in person so i can pick their brains and gain more knowledge.

I finally purchased the Kiwi Berry - Issai I had been looking at for ages along with the Blueberry Burst and am so happy I did. From asking a question, getting a quick response, ordering on the website to delivery with 48hrs, the communication is brillant and the quality of plants are stunning. The plants arrived in great condition with plump water crystals (never seen this on delivered plants before) securely packed in a fabulous sturdy box. I was so excited to see flower buds all over the Kiwi Berry vine and the Blueberry covered in a mass of berries, not one of them had been knocked off/dropped from the shrub. I am looking forward to ordering Blueberry Kisses when it come back into stock in a few weeks. Congratulations to Tom and his team on a job well done!

These guys are very smart and fast. Email enquiry was answered within five minutes.Order was processed in half an hour.
