I had a hard time looking for a place that could fix my oppo phone as the only other option was sending it to melbourne to get fixed and I came upon these guys. Numerous places could not fix my phone or I had to pay almost $200 but I brought my phone to these guys and I would recommend them A++ for service and price. Very happy customer.

I had a minor crack in my new iPhone 7 and had my screen repaired only to find lines appear and faded colour when I continued to use my phone. I asked the technician if the replacement screen was a genuine apple part prior to handing it over and he said yes. After taking it back and getting a second replacement the left side of my phone is unresponsive. When I rang and demanded to know if the part was a genuine apple part, the technician wouldn't reply. Absolutely livid that I have to waste time and money taking my phone back a third time!

They did fix my tablet, but then , 3 weeks later, a crack appeared under the screen. I went back to see them about repairing it under warranty. They would fix it if i paid them another $400. No warranty according to their selfserving policy. Lets see where their policy interacts with consumer protection law. Never again will I use these guys. To be clear I did not drop the tablet or have a trauma of any sort. The tablet was sitting on the kitchen bench and the crack (under the screen ) was noticed the next day. If i had broken it I would have happily come back for a repair. You have misrepresented my problem in your response below.It appears you are not going to address the problem here, a behaviour i note with other negative reviews. Your response was patronising to me and self serving. Lucky your business model is selling toys not providing service.

I had my screen fixed here and there was issues with the LED Immediately. I took it back and they kindly fixed it but there have been ongoing issues unfortunately and I had to take my phone elsewhere to have the screen replaced in the end. Waste of money and time.

This is a very unprofessional store, my phone screen is broken and I am eager to fix it, I found this store on google and it shows that it closes at 6pm, when I arrived at 5:40 today it was closed. It is recommended that you call to communicate before going.Not recommended！Not recommended！

Worst phone repair I have ever seen in my life. I went their to fix my screen and when I came back to get it I noticed the screen they used was not put there properly coz they accidentally put too much glue. They asked me to came back in another hour or so and when I returned the screen was still not fitted properly and somehow they managed to crack the back of my phone but did not have any replacement cover so they gave me little piece of paper with credit on it and asked me to come back another day. I never went there to fix it and my phone is still broken. If you cant fix phones then close your shop.

They repaired my Samsung Galaxy broken lcd. after 3 days it's screen was broken.when it's in my pocket. Then I realized screen not properly glued, back button light not work. I back to them and explained. But they don't want to know about it. Workman ship is very poor. Customer service is poor. Please don't go to this guys
