Very happy with the service provided - this company stepped in at the last minute to get my hot water system replaced with one provided by the solar company. And they did it on a Saturday as we’d been without hot water for two weeks. Lovely staff and very courteous. Recommend same from my experience.

Time and date for installation arranged. Shortly after they were meant to arrive, rang them and was told they would ring me back. Didn't do so I rang 90 mins later and told the installers were on their third job of the day and would rung me. They did not and I still have not got my system which is fully paid for installed.BEWARE.

Mary was great with following up bookings. Bill and Alex didn’t muck around straight to it when arrived, installed very quickly and professionally including dedicated new circuit with breaker even though there was a PowerPoint already there (but part of bedrooms circuit) They made sure I was ok with location of tank on the concrete slab before proceeding, and showed me after including new circuit breaker. Split hot water System is very quiet - not sure what people complain about. Connected to mobile app and all working great.

Would never have them on my property ever again , never turn up when they are supposed to, leave a mess after doing work , a recent heat pump hot water system installed, plumber was great knew what he was doing , electrician was hopeless he left our house meter box in a dangerous way that could have burnt house down.Bloody useless, disconnected our aircon to use the power for hot water system, left us with no air-conditioning, they are a bloody joke. NEVER again
