Horrible painful experience.Got my eyelashes done.She was so rough with my eyes.I had tears throughout the process.Once its done upon checking there was cotton stuck on end lid of both my lashes.Upon asking them to fix that nicely. They started rubbing wet tissue aggressively.They tried to convince me it cannot be noticed but it clearly was noticeable.after that she tried to rub eyeliner over it to make it invisible.When nothing worked she cut the end of the eyes lashes. Ended up looking like idiot with short lash extension. My eyes are burning.And they try to blame me for this allIt was a hell experience.Just a reply to your comment,I havenot made any false accusations. I am just sharing my experience Your staff helped me remove my mascara. I even told her to stop as eyes were burning while she was doing my lashes. She keep on saying just few more minutes and continued. She used cotton to wipe the tears and got stuck with glue. Upon noticing, you guys confirmed me that it was cotton stuck as she used cotton to wipe tears. And i know the difference between glue and cotton. Rather than blaming me for messing my own lashes,take accountability for your action.

my cousin and i came in to get two full sets of acrylics done, having booked an appointment the day before. when we came, it was quite packed and as a result, i started my set around 30 minutes after the set time. i paid no mind to it honestly, during the christmas season it gets very busy and yet these technicians handled the rush incredibly efficiently.the technicians changed a few times for me, so i had different people for my removal, nail shaping, and design. but they were all lovely! they were so helpful with questions i had, and how the design in my head could work (even with my obscure explanation).my only concerns were that my nails were not carefully checked to be even lengths. when i looked at them after the appointment, i did see differences in the lengths of the extensions. while it should be noted for future reference, in all honesty, i couldn’t care less. the nails look absolutely divine, i can’t stop admiring them!!i wish i lived in NSW so i could come here more often! thank you for being accommodating, even though i booked for an infill and changed to a removal and full set :) have a lovely christmas and happy new year!

They were busy but made sure to look after us right away. Super efficient and did an amazing job - great attention to detail. Will definitely be back.

Came in today without a booking and was told to return in half an hour. Once my friend and I returned we were greeted by friendly staff. We took a seat and shortly after the lady technician got to work. She was very gentle, making sure to take care since I had a few cuts on my hands already. She was also very patient on the occasion that I’d move and stuff up the design. Price is VERY reasonable, would recommend to anyone. Definitely my new regular nail place.

this is the only nail place i have ever gone to and have been going here for over 2 years. lovely ladies and they have always done my nails and acrylics so well and i have always been happy with them. I went in today and im happy once again:)

Lovely people in the salon, took their time and perfected everything and was happy with my results. 1 hour after I started getting pains all in my toe and the next morning it was swollen and inflamed. I have had this pain for a solid week now. Doctors say it an infection due to unsterilised equipment. Now I’m in constant pain not being able to sleep. I have never had this before and I have been to many different nail salons, please clean your equipment.

That place is amazing and I love how the staff would do your nails good and carefully. The staff gives good services too and is very kind to their costumers. The place is wonderful and everyone should go there. I really love my nails, they look very good!

Had acrylics done for the first time at this place and I’m so happy with the results. I try different places constantly but the end result here is the best. My technician took care with my cuticles and nail shape. I also walked away without any residual glue or acrylic stuck to the underside of the nails, which has happened at lots of places I’ve tried where they rush the process. Great prices too so they’ve now got a regular out of me!

Terrible customer service, constantly talking in their own language whilst serving customers. Small businesses like these should focus on their customer service as a priority. I visited first time and won't go back due to their rude attitude and terrible service. Plenty of options around, skip this one.
